Moore Theatre Parking

The main parking lot used for performances at the Moore Theatre is the Third & Stewart Garage, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is permitted up to 2 hours prior to an event start time and 2 hours after a show finishes, 10 hours maximum. Parking is limited and likely to fill up quickly on show nights. Guests are advised to aim to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to a show start time, allowing plenty of time for travel, traffic and parking.

The Moore Theatre is located at 1932 Second Avenue, downtown Seattle, WA 98101. It sits on the corner of 2nd Avenue and Virginia Street, two blocks north of the Pike Place Market.

It is possible to drive to the Moore Theatre, but the venue does not have its own parking lot. In front of the venue’s main entrance doors on 2nd Avenue, there is a loading zone where passengers can be dropped off if you choose to take a cab (or a lift from a friend) to the theater. This is also where guests with mobility issues can be dropped off, but the vehicle must display an ADA placard.

Alternatively, there are public and private parking lots in the area as well as metered parking spaces on the street around the theater (which are free on Sundays).

There is a 24-hour parking lot called the Third & Stewart Garage which is just a 2-minute walk from the venue. It is open 7 days a week. Parking is permitted up to 2 hours prior to an event’s start time and 2 hours after a show finishes (up to a maximum of 10 hours).

However, spaces are limited and in high demand on show nights, so be sure to allow plenty of time for travel and traffic in case you need to find an alternative like those listed below:
