Jinkx Monsoon first made waves on television when she joined and won the fifth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. After her time with the famed reality TV series, she became one of the most in-demand and influential drag performers in the country. Her endeavors include singing, acting, and comedy. She has appeared in several films, including Drag Becomes Him, Trixie Mattel: Moving Parts, The Queens, and Happiest Season. In 2020, Jinkx Monsoon released a comedy special with BenDeLaCreme titled the Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Special. Apart from films, Jinkx released two studio albums in 2014 and 2018, titled The Inevitable Album and The Ginger Snapped. This year, Jinkx Monsoon joined the cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars to once again compete for the crown.
RuPaul’s Drag Race’s sixth-season alum, BenDeLaCreme, is a charming burlesque performer and actor. She first made waves with her work with Ready To Be Committed, Terminally Delightful, Inferno A-Go-Go, and Cosmos. In 2014, she joined the cast in the film, Drag Becomes Her. The following year, she appeared as herself in Waxie Moon in Fallen Jewels. Moreover, she joined Jinkx Monsoon in guest starring in Trixie Mattel’s 2019 film titled Trixie Mattel: Moving Parts. BenDeLaCreme made his first major film debut when she joined Kristen Stewart, Mackenzie Davis, and Allison Brie in the 2020 film Happiest Season.
BenDeLaCreme also dabbled in singing when she released the single “The Nativity Twist,” featured in the Christmas Queens 2 album. The album includes renowned drag queens such as Manila Luzon, Alaska Thunderfuck, Jiggly Caliente, and Phi Phi O’ Hara. In 2018, BenDeLaCreme was featured in RuPaul’s single, “Drag Up Your Life,” along with Bebe Zahara Bennet, Kennedy Davenport, Shangela, and Trixie Mattel.
