Hiromi's Sonicwonder is a show that brings together classic jazz and blues beats with an upbeat vibe from her persona. She leans into the Japanese anime culture a lot with the visuals for her music. That can be a little confusing for the uninitiated in the experience. You could be thinking to yourself that this is going to be a performance where they cover theme songs from popular anime shows. Then she comes out and sits at the piano accompanied by someone on the sax, and they start hitting some incredibly smooth jazz lines, and you're left trying to figure out exactly what's going on!
