Today, The Fab Four, a California-based Beatles tribute band, has carried and lived up to expectations and gotten the seal of approval from tried and true Beatles fans all over the world. John Lennon impersonator, Ron McNeil, founded The Fab Four in 1997, starting with local gigs in Southern California. Core group members include Ardy Sarraf as Paul McCartney, Michael Amador as George Harrison, and Rolo Sandoval as Ringo Starr. Sarraf, who impersonates McCartney, went out of his way to learn bass the left-handed way, for a more accurate portrayal of Paul McCartney. They started playing in smaller venues and were regulars at Disneyland's Tomorrowland Terrace in Anaheim. From 2005 to 2008, they were able to secure a full-stage performance residency in Las Vegas.
