Hannah Gadsby is an Australian comic, raised in Tasmania, and famous for their brand of stand up comedy. Born in 1978, you may (or may not?) be familiar with their Netflix special Nanette, in which they tackled serious topics of trauma, assault, identity, sexism, gendered violence and autism. Hannah Gadsby is an award-winning non-binary, autistic ADHD comedian with over 17 awards listed on Wikipedia including best comedy performer, 2019’s Peabody Award for Nanette, and a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special.
