Since 2008, the Seattle Rock Orchestra (SRO) has performed amazing tribute shows across the United States. Founder, artistic and music director, and conductor Scott Teske had one goal in mind. He wanted to use the power of music to “heal, nourish, inspire, and invigorate.” And for 15 years, this is precisely what his band has accomplished. Over the years, SRO has presented various tribute shows featuring the music of the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, and many more. The band continuously brought these bands’ legacy to life with remarkable productions, groundbreaking sets, and excellent musicianship.
This is not your normal cover band that would recreate the rock legends’ music at a bare minimum. Seattle Rock Orchestra brings in an entire ensemble, including strings, brass, woodwinds, and percussion. The band will also be led by the rotating cast and feature guest performers.
