British comedian Russell Howard has announced a world tour, bringing his class comedy act all over. He's hitting big cities in North America, Australia and Europe. The Russell Howard World Tour is the comedian's way of connecting everyone, no matter where they are in the world. He understands that despite language, culture and current political divisions, we are all just humans trying to muddle through. And, at our core, "we have a shared humanity."

“I get so much from traveling,” said Howard. “I always like getting what I call the street-level knowledge. Street-level knowledge just improves your sort of read on humanity and makes you a better comedian, I think, because you can say with a degree of certainty what Canada is like when you’ve been to different places.”

Russell began his career in 1999. Since then, he has gone on to host his own television shows, Russell Howard's Good News and The Russell Howard Hour. His first ever live tour, Dingledodies, was met with overwhelming demand and he ended up extending the tour twice. It sold out some of the UK's biggest arenas and sold over 125,000 tickets.

He's a phenomenon on social media, with over 9 million followers. On his Youtube channel, it shows that his videos have been watched for more than 510 million times. On his tour, “Respite”, the comedian sold out the Royal Albert Hall for ten consecutive nights. With this feat, he successfully broke the record set by Barry Manilow and Frank Sinatra, who sold out the venue for eight dates.
